When dealing with existing metallic service lines for water and gas always ensure you take precautions. The video below is an example of a gas cut in and connection with the use of bonding straps. After a very frosty night in Point Lonsdale, exposed to the elements, this copper pipe just couldn’t take it any more!
The severe cold snap caused the pipe to freeze and in turn burst open under pressure. As always we were happy to help out!
Note the UV rated insulation we also installed over the repaired hot water line to keep the pipe at a consistent temperature.
This Stormwater drainage system in Ocean Grove needed to be lowered to suit some new pavers being installed. We also installed an inspection point to make maintenance easier. Out with old and in with the new!

This property owner, as well as the adjoining neighbour, came home to significant water damage caused by a burst cold water pipe in the ceiling space. The cause of the leak was not what you would typically expect. In this case a rat had chewed its way through the pipe wall!

As can be clearly seen in these photos this property in Ocean Grove had some severely corroded gutters that required urgent attention before any further water damage might occur to the footings of the property.
We dismantled the existing sections that could not be saved and replaced them with new ACE Quad Gutter.
The toilet block at this Bellarine Peninsula kindergarten required some new flooring.
In order to get the job completed we were contracted to disconnect all five toilets so the flooring work could proceed. We then had to re-installed the toilets in time before the beginning of operational hours.
On inspection the existing drainage system of this carport in Clifton Springs was inadequately supported with pipe clips. The carport drainage required a complete overhaul. We installed new down pipes and supported them with sturdy clips to solve the drainage problems the home owner was experiencing.
